Hello and thank you for visiting my website.

My name is Deb and after 30 years working with designer boutiques, successful high street brands such as Next and the Arcadia Group plus a 14 year career at the Ragdale Hall Boutique, I felt inspired to create my own small online clothing business, Hearts and Stars Clothing.

My aim when I created the website is that I want my customers to look great and feel great when wearing the carefully selected clothes sourced from brands such as Miss Shorthair, B Young, Suzy D and Malissa J to name a few, offering quality at an affordable price, something I've always found so important when shopping myself.

I will never be prouder than when you let me know how pleased you are with the clothes you have picked. Updates on new arrivals as they come in and videos on social media is a great way to show you the clothes on and in motion, something I've had to learn along the way, partically helpful after a glass of wine!
